Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work collaboratively with multiple internal and external cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage competing priorities without loss of efficiency.
- Excellent technical acumen skills to assess engineering scope, define milestones and timelines, and determine resourcing needs for complex, cross-product integrations. Ability to work in an environment with multiple moving parts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent and prepare executive level communication and articulate business or technical concepts to executive leadership.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities
- Develop goals and strategy for the Turbolaunch tool.
- Partner with business stakeholders to develop and manage a prioritized roadmap of Turbolaunch features.
- Review and provide input to engineering design documents Drive sprint planning and backlog grooming.
- Ensure timely response to the Turbolaunch customer issues by coordinating with the Engineering team.
- Lead feature testing and User Acceptance Testing, Create and maintain tooling documentation, Send communications for feature releases. Share Program updates with stakeholders.
