Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to travel as needed to support client needs.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Portuguese because they will be working with clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience managing relationships with customers and/or agencies and service partners.
- 2 years of experience working in the Lead Generation product area, and working in a matrixed organization.
- Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and competitive selling.
- Experience in managing sales pipeline, from negotiation to agreement closure with knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics.
- Expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and achieve quotas to drive growth.

Using your commercial acumen, you uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and achieve their objectives while driving incremental revenue deals through our industry leading advertising solutions.

Responsibilities
- Deliver against ambitious quarterly business growth and product growth targets. Own a portfolio of medium and large-size businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans.
- Build and manage relationships with C-level and senior-partner stakeholders. Develop an understanding of their business challenges, objectives and success metrics.
- Structure a clear joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross functional team within Google.
- Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives.
- Develop data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with recommendations to present to customers and build an in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a range of marketing objectives.
