  • Experience identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders.
  • Experience using product and domain expertise to increase product adoption.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs and close agreements.
  • Ability to be a thought leader of Google product and competitive landscape.

In this role, you will be a Performance Strategy Lead (PSL) aligned to the Home and Personal Care vertical.

The Performance Strategy team is the link between product and sales at Google. Your mission is to drive business outcomes for customers and business growth for Google with performance marketing strategies that utilize Google’s Artificial Intelligence (AI). Google is passionate about all things Performance and AI and is actively shaping the ever-changing world of digital advertising.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and
industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Inspire advertisers, accelerate their shift towards AI-powered advertising, provide strategic thought leadership and drive adoption of Google's performance solutions. 
  • Develop and adapt teams performance strategy to meet evolving client goals within the Home and Personal Care vertical.
  • Build strong partnerships with other cross-functional teams, including: Go-To-Market leads (GTM), SA360 Reps, Analytical Leads, gCare, Agency Leads, and SILs in order to advance your vertical’s Performance business.
  • Participate in specialist communities and proactively educate the vertical on Google’s performance solutions.
  • Architect the Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS) Performance Plays for your vertical, partner with pods to drive advanced education and execution of the Plays in-market.
