Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory experience or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or graduate degree.
  • 13 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory experience.
  • Experience leading and managing high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that promotes innovation, accountability, and high performance, with an ability to develop and inspire talent.
  • Experience owning decision-making and execution for projects across multiple teams and business/product areas.
  • Experience building and landing skills learner journeys at scale.
  • Knowledge in multiple critical business areas, the broader industry, and competitive landscape.

About the job

The Go-To-Market (GTM) organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. The team stays focused on aligning the company priorities with day-to-day operations, and helps evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

As a Curriculum Lead, you will conceptualize, design, and lead the execution of the learning strategy across GCS, LCS, and GCAS. You will work with program managers and key stakeholders across functions and manage senior Learning specialists who will provide support in course design and development. You will collaborate with program managers and the business partners team to ensure high quality facilitation through master faculty and other facilitation options.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$314,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute quality learning strategy in sync with business priorities and business plans for a region, channel, or product area.
  • Ensures quality and consistency of skills language and frameworks across curriculum.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor other Curriculum Managers and Instructional Designers.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships, develop best practices across Mastery and Google, manage relationships, inclusive leadership within and across teams, and adapt to different personalities and team needs.
  • Oversee team operations like budget, expense tracking, pipeline, and capacity planning.
