Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
- Experience supporting leaders with complex global organizations.
- Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast moving environment, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to cultivate relationships and leverage multiple perspectives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Provide proactive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing complex calendars, coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements, and processing expense reports.
- Plan, manage and execute business critical internal and external meetings (virtual and in person), including executive staff meetings, Town Halls, etc., assisting with content development and conducting corresponding follow-ups on action items.
- Lead the E/ABP community and empower the group with the necessary resources, information, and leadership needed to make them successful.
- Cultivate team culture by actively engaging with the team's daily environment and dynamics, and by developing and implementing initiatives and events to strengthen and shape it.
- Drive the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion, addressing risks and obstacles. Operate autonomously and establish structure, identifying problems and effectively implementing solutions.
