Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Experience with foundational AI concepts (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs) and leveraging AI tools to enhance the design process.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience prototyping AI features, or working with UX writing or prompt engineering.
- Experience designing consumer-facing experiences partnering with designers, user researchers, product managers, and engineers.
- Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability, with attention to detail.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate ideas in compelling visual narratives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Create design deliverables and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide thoughtful solutions to move to production.
- Incorporate AI concepts and business requirements into ongoing product experiences and pitch ideas to stakeholders for buy-in.
- Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements and develop AI future-facing experiences that meet user needs.
- Create pitch-level fidelity mocks to help sell in the team’s idea and communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high fidelity prototypes.
