Senior Account Executive, GMP Acquisitions and Onboarding

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of business experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
  • Experience in Advertising, AdTech, or Ad Platforms.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience with tech sales or ad sales.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA, Master's or other advanced degree.
  • Experience in managing and promoting digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on both performance and brand marketing.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and the Google Marketing Platform, in particular DV360.
  • Knowledge of traditional versus online marketing strategy.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in a sales context, and consistently overachieve goals and business objectives to drive growth.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.

The GMP GCS Acquisitions team is a newly established sales program that will drive business on Google’s tech platform (GMP) by partnering with customers and agencies. We leverage executive influencing skills to promote Google’s enterprise solutions by demonstrating the value of GMP platform.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Set and drive goals for Google's strategic customers in Google Customer Solutions, executing business strategies to grow Google Marketing Platform Business through adoption and usage of the GMP products: CM360, SA360 and DV360 (programmatic, measurement, search engine management).
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with client stakeholders and build C-suite relationships to identify and address client needs, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our ad tech platform, providing consultative guidance to marketers and their partners on how to leverage our products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, Go-to-Market, etc.) and coordinate with Google Marketing Platform Certified Partners and the Google Technical Professional Services team to oversee successful product implementation.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, expanding the use of our product suite.
