Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in program management with an IT or Technology company with certification in program management.
  • Experience in setting and executing on vendor strategies, including managing third party vendors to motivate execution against set Service Level Agreement (SLAs).
  • Experience in investigative and problem solving with business judgment, and ability to analyze data and present insights/recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Ability to identify and implement processes and manage operational initiatives across multiple teams or regions.
  • Excellent leadership and collaborating skills.
  • Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.

About the job

The Mastery Team develops and delivers product and skills training to Google business and services teams, as well as external client and agency partners. We use our knowledge of learning best practices and Google’s business priorities to build learning experiences for our key audiences. Our team is made up of passionate learning professionals, business and marketing leaders, and former consultants and analysts who launch and iterate learning programs while balancing pillars of knowledge, skill and disciplined practice to help our audiences.

In this role, you will look after our customized learning experiences for Global Business Organization (GBO) promoters. You will work with cross-functional partners as well as other Mastery teams including curriculum and business partners to activate, launch, and land programs and deliver a premium experience.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $87,000-$128,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage an overview of project goals and deliverables presented on a timeline and use the roadmap to manage stakeholder expectations, and to communicate plans and coordinate resources.
  • Collaborate with team members or stakeholders to understand or identify work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
  • Establish and track processes in collaboration with stakeholders, hold stakeholders/teams accountable for following the established processes, identify sponsors and stakeholders and secure resources, ensure work alignment with compliance/privacy policies, identify opportunities, implement process improvements, and promote the adoption of processes.
  • Develop activation strategies in partnership with a cross-functional team inside and outside Mastery.
  • Own communication and enrollment strategy, engaging local expertise where required.
