Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in digital marketing, digital ads, consulting, or related fields.
- Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to influence cross-functional counterparts and grow in complex workstreams.
- Ability to synthesize complex product/policies requirements and changes into clear communications and presentations to educate stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities, work on their own, and act like an owner.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Support and consult Ads Privacy and Safety and Product Product Managers on overall product strategy, market impact and customer perception. Represent The Global Business Organization, customer base and Key Opinion Formers in ads ecosystem to influence product roadmaps towards durable solutions.
- Drive commercialization of product and policy changes including drafting and ownership of communications documents, conduct Go-to-Market trainings and other key business enablement activities.
- Coordinate product-specific strategy and communications with vertical Product Global Product Lead.
- Draft and coordinate Multi-Source Agreement, Help Center Articles and other external communications for product launches.
