Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, consumer and partner support, or similar function.
  • 5 years of experience in people management.
  • Experience in business strategy and operational execution.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading business strategy or program management teams in changing, ambiguous environments.
  • Proficiency in navigating ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and taking initiative to drive execution.
  • Track record of thought leadership in strategic projects that have had a transformational impact on business operations across international markets.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to take ambitious topics and create compelling narratives that drive alignment among executive audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving, and presentation skills combined with business judgment and a "big thinker" mindset.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $224,000-$312,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire, and lead various teams, setting team goals, yearly objectives, and quarterly goals. Foster a culture of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Set the goal and develop a comprehensive strategy for the Business Effectiveness team. Act as a "big thinker" to identify cross-KIC capabilities that enable more effective and impactful operations, driving transformational change and identifying new “big bets".
  • Build strong, influential relationships with internal and cross-functional executive stakeholders. Expertly navigate in a changing environment to drive alignment on strategic priorities with executive audiences across gUP, Product Areas (PAs), and horizontal teams.
  • Translate ambitious, high-level goals into actionable, data-driven operational plans.
  • Oversee the execution of cross-cutting initiatives to deliver real, measurable business impact across a large organization, breaking down silos and standardizing where possible.
