Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of Project Management experience.
  • 5 years of leading multiple projects from project kick off, to detailed project plans development, reporting and post mortem analysis.
  • 5 year experience communicating and working with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with project and engagement management in a consulting environment, ideally within Cyber-security or IT consulting industry.
  • Experience managing and analyzing metrics and financials in a consulting or technical environment.
  • Experience working with advanced features in spreadsheets, such as pivot tables and complex formulas.
  • Understanding of project management concepts, especially the coordination of cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, set expectations and follow-through to completion.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Mandiant Consulting organization. You will help us drive exceptional project delivery, create valued and trusted partnerships and support streamlined project delivery for growth and scalability. You will be a flexible program manager and a master planner who can balance management of multiple projects from end-to-end including but not limited to planning, scoping, execution, and project communications.

In this role, you will require sound judgment under pressure, a strong organizational background, meticulous attention to detail and outstanding communication skills. You will coordinate between clients and stakeholders, setting expectations for deliverables across teams, identify key roadblocks and work with the team members involved to keep projects moving. You will establish rapport internally and externally, as they collaborate effectively with others to meet objectives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$194,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and proactively identify and lead outcomes for several customer facing/external projects. Drive end-to-end program management from planning/scoping, issue management through program delivery.
  • Build relationships and exert tactful influence in a complex organization with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Contribute to or lead project planning and milestone management, manage and secure project objectives, and advocate for resources based on long-term customer/stakeholder/business objectives.
  • Provide clear options, recommendations, and justifications on opportunity identification and solution development, scoping, and deployment with limited guidance. Collect and document final deliverables, lessons learned, and ideas for continuous improvement as the projects proceed.
  • Identify and integrate multiple adjacent or interrelated client/stakeholder project/program timelines, goals, and objectives. Proactive tracking and approvals of project hours, financial metrics, and expenses.
