Digital Marketing Strategist, gTech Ads (English, French)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or insight-based product solutions.
  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience using analytics to solve business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and querying databases.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data insights.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives to successfully influence clients utilizing data and insights.
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders.

About the job

As a Digital Marketing Strategist at Google, you will collaborate with the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales team to grow Mid-Market Sales (MMS) customers.

You will use your expertise to analyse our customers' advertising activities and the markets in which they operate. You will develop a understanding of the market, industry, and business model of the companies you work with and craft unique insights and solutions for our customers.Your influencing and relationship-building skills will provide client service, while your problem-solving skills deliver market research and analysis to working with them, you will set the goal and the strategy for how their advertising can reach their ideal audience.

Responsibilities

  • Complete extensive training to become an expert in Google’s product suite.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Strategists to determine the optimal support for the client portfolio.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools in preparation to offer solutions for our clients' business challenges.
  • Analyze data and trends in order to create insights for clients. Implement solutions, track performance, and optimize against advertiser goals.
  • Report on key performance indicators and value delivered for customers. Create proposals to represent solution design around client goals.
