Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience with cloud-native architecture or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
  • Experience with programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
  • Experience with presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in one or more of the following: infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, cloud AI, networking, migrations or security.
  • Experience with Google Cloud products and differentiating from participants.
  • Experience in working with product and support teams to resolve technical blockers.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Python, Java), and using technical knowledge to remove blockers and accelerate customer delivery.
  • Experience in guiding customers through the organizational change and delivery preparation to adopt new, cloud-powered business processes.
  • Experience with development or implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents in an enterprise environment.

About the job

In this role, you will drive the initial and ongoing business growth ramp for the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) customers, clearing blockers and ensuring they get the maximum benefit from their investment. You will manage and execute the deployment plan, transitioning license agreements into production by providing technical leadership to customers and partners. You will have an impact on the velocity and incremental consumption of customer license agreements, leading to accelerated value realization, adoption, and future expansion opportunities. You will blend sales expertise, market knowledge, technical engagement, and technical project management to present the value of Google Cloud SaaS products.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities

  • Develop and orchestrate a structured, end-to-end deployment plan across customer and partner teams, on-boarding the implementation team, clearing blockers, managing timelines and progress, and ensuring readiness (e.g., capacity, training).
  • Apply skills such as coding, debugging, or systems design to resolve technical blockers and accelerate deployment.
  • Drive and track progress of the initial and ongoing ramp of license agreements, moving customers from agreement to consumption.
  • Identify expansion opportunities for new license agreements within the account during project execution.
  • Drive sustainable product usage to help customers realize value on an ongoing basis and secure future agreement renewals.
