Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, data and measurement, or media.
  • 7 years of experience in people management, with building and leading specialist sales teams.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with and influencing executive-level stakeholders in a structured multinational organization.
  • Experience in pivoting from high-level strategy to technical knowledge of D&M products and solutions.
  • Knowledge of the data, measurement, and privacy landscape.
  • Ability to communicate in German fluently to engage with clients in the region.

In this role, you will be a part of the Central Europe (CE), Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), and Emerging Markets (EEM) teams within the Data and Measurement (D&M) EMEA LCS Hub, where the core mission is to boost growth with customers for across these regions. You will leverage data and measurement expertise to enhance customers' performance and prove the value of their Google investments, while contributing to the overall D&M EMEA Hub's focus on fuelling performance and driving demonstrable return on investment (ROI) for Large Customer Sales (LCS) clients in their specific markets.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously focus on how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We help these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales activation strategy for data and measurement solutions across the CE, CEE, and EEM market clusters, partnering with in country and hub teams to deliver against ambitious growth targets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a Hub team of frontline managers and executive specialists, fostering a culture of sales excellence, AI first ways of working and data and measurement expertise.
  • Serve as a partner to executive-level customers, advising on specialized data and measurement product insights, capabilities and Google best practices that drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Country Managers, Product, and Go to Market teams to develop business plans that directly contribute to Google's incremental revenue goals.
  • Drive AI transformation across the Hub team through the active use of AI-powered sales tooling to enhance productivity and commercial impact.
