Global Product Lead, Global Business Applied AI

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product (management, strategy, or operations) including working with both technical and business stakeholders and users.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence.
  • Experience in project or program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in project management, execution, and decision making.
  • Experience with SQL/business intelligence platform, ability to work with large datasets to identify insights and outliers, and summarize key findings along with excellent quantitative analysis skills.
  • Understanding of applied Artificial Intelligence, sales platforms, the online advertising industry, and Google Ads.
  • Ability to track multiple projects and timelines, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality outputs across several work streams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build and tailor narratives for a range of audiences, including executive leaders.

The Go-to-Market (GTM) organization, umbrella organization for Global Business Applied AI (GBAI), provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive partnerships and new initiatives. We ensure alignment of the highest-level company priorities with the day-to-day operations, and help evolve future growth initiatives.

The Global Business Applied AI (GBAI) team architects and delivers AI-powered, intuitive, and connected solutions to significantly amplify the value Global Business Organization (GBO) brings to customers and partners. The Product Development Partnerships (PDP) team is the glue that binds the company's direction with GBO's needs in Connect Sales. We partner with Product Management, Engineering,and Sales to deliver a delightful experience to our users.

In this role, you will represent our users and will help shape the roadmap of their core Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Connect Sales. You will manage various work streams with our product teams to build for a future role-based experience. You will connect workflows across various tooling surfaces.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $178,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Represent end users as we build and execute against our tools road map, setting the direction and strategy for these audiences across Connect Sales.
  • Prioritize based on quantified business cases (business growth, productivity savings) and qualitative inputs (interviews, feedback) and articulate these use cases to our Product Managers (PM)/UX/Engineering (Eng) partners.
  • Document business requirements and partner with PMs/UX/Eng on the design and development of user facing feature launches.
  • Plan, execute, and drive global launch strategy, including developing a deployment plan, training, and support materials to drive product and feature adoption.
  • Estimate and measure the business impact of new features, processes and experiences, Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), adoption, Headcount Savings (HC) savings, and business uplift. Analyze the datasets to quantify insights and root causes, talk through signalling and ML approaches.
