Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience extracting and manipulating data with SQL or with other programming, query, or scripting languages.
- Experience with marketing analytics, return on investment/financial modeling, and statistical analysis.
- Experience synthesizing analytics into a simple and compelling story for senior executives.
- Experience in a client-facing role influencing across levels.
- Experience with geo-segmented experimentation, marketing mix modeling, A/B testing, incrementality and advanced Google Analytics integrations and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
- Ability to analyze datasets and prioritize them into insights.

As an Analytical Lead on the Home and Personal team, you will partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to build and present integrated business and media opportunities based on industry trends and insights from data. You will work with consumer brands to inform and influence their marketing and business strategy as they manage opportunities and challenges related to evolving business models, consumer behavior changes, and increasing competitive pressure.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and

Responsibilities
- Analyze internal and external data to identify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and measure success.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and earn their trust to challenge the status quo together by telling stories with data.
- Collaborate across teams to innovate, activating full measurement and attribution product capabilities for customers, and develop scalable solutions to industry challenges.
- Design and execute digital marketing experiments.
- Advise on marketing analytics, including attribution, media mix modeling, lifetime value, customer segmentation, behavior insights, data integration, and measurement.
