As a valued part of the App Ads Privacy Team, you will build the next generation of identity resolution and attribution systems. We are adapting to major industry shifts by designing privacy focused infrastructure that powers accurate measurement and boosts app performance. You will help bridge the gap between user trust and data utility, ensuring advertisers can optimize their return on investment while strictly respecting user privacy boundaries and global regulations.

We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $207000 - $301000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Managers and external stakeholders to translate complex measurement and performance gaps into technical solutions that recover signal loss and improve campaign performance.
  • Develop and scale privacy-preserving measurement features that ensure compliance with global regulations and platform changes while maintaining data utility for modeling.
  • Lead technical alignments across product and infrastructure teams to ensure that high-fidelity measurement signals are integrated into advanced bidding and reporting systems.
  • Drive the long-term health and efficiency of high-traffic data pipelines by systematically identifying and resolving monitoring issues and establishing operational best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, ensuring the team’s designs are scalable and forward-looking.
