Global Head of Business Operations and Chief of Staff, AppDev, RSO

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
  • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in people management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with and influencing senior stakeholders across organizational boundaries; effective leadership skills with demonstrated ability to drive impact autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in App Advertising.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead projects independently.
  • Ability to synthesize complex views and form unique perspectives and engage with senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences.

About the job

The Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) Team: we help build and guide the strategic focus areas of the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales team, with the goal of driving stronger growth and productivity. By working hand-in-hand with GCS Sales leadership and cross functional teams, RSO leads both short-term and long-term initiatives that result in tangible impact for the sales teams and our customers.

In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to lead a Global team, based out of Singapore, working with stakeholders and shaping the GTM strategy across AMER, EMEA and APAC AppDev. As the leader of the AppDev Business Operations and Chief of Staff team, you will be responsible for shaping the goal for the program globally, while having a front row seat to the dynamic and evolving trends in the fast growing Apps space. This role is highly collaborative and dynamic, working with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders and across Global and Regional teams in order to sustain the hyper growth of the Apps business.

Responsibilities

  • Thought-leadership with cross program Global projects (e.g. channel Management, cross-functional partnership, Policy, sales excellence etc.): guide hypotheses and analysis behind drivers and root causes, recommend and prioritize highest impact initiatives.
  • Lead and execute GTM strategy and multi-year goal for AppDev to continue growing out top Developers, while building the base of rising Apps. Ensure high-quality execution, exceptional change management and operational excellence. Make recommendations rooted in data and deep market insights to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Manage, coach and develop a team of high-performing analysts, to deliver against strategic business goals and operational priorities.
  • Chief-of-Staff to Global AppDev leader, help drive executive reviews including QBRs, OKRs setting, content for townhalls, etc.  
  • Drive partnership with senior Sales, StratOps, Product and Sales Activation, Marketing, gTech, Sales Finance and other stakeholder teams to help drive business operations.
