As a Sponsorship and Creator Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the YouTube business, focusing on sponsorship and creator execution and business through campaign delivery. You will lead execution for major events (including offshore guidance, refining media plans, optimizing internal processes) while advocating efficiency, testing solutions and streamlined workflows that evolve the business.

We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal sales teams and external clients to recommend budget reallocations and content optimizations, ensuring full campaign delivery.
  • Provide guidance to YouTube Content teams and external vendors, ensuring seamless execution and addressing weekend/after-hours support needs.
  • Consult on sponsorship packages and product testing to ensure successful implementation for all In-Quarter sponsorships, Tentpoles, and AdBlitz Early Commitment Mastheads.
  • Oversee end-to-end communication for major tentpole sponsorships, including campaign setup, updates, and product testing with internal and external partners.
  • Manage offshore vendor sponsorship support, providing training, guidance, and process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
