Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing and developing sales teams to deliver results with a shared insight and purpose.
- Experience with sales or operations management, planning, and systems thinking.
- Experience working with executive-level customers and stakeholders in agile environments.
- Knowledge of Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (e.g., artificial intelligence (AI)-powered performance, connected TV (CTV), or AI-powered video), and traditional and digital brand media advertising.
- Understanding of customer business objectives and developing joint business plans.

As the sector lead for travel, finance, and government, you will lead and strengthen a business team focused on a select group of advertisers in the market. You will inspire the team with a goal for how we can identify customer business issues in order to deliver value to our customers. You will run the day-to-day operations for your team by setting goals and helping them clear roadblocks.
You will collaborate with fellow managers, partner with business leadership to set objectives for the vertical, and build relationships across the Google network. Engaged with local customers and agencies, you will build the business and develop a reputation for thought leadership and industry change within the landscape, all while demonstrating how Google products can enhance and transform their businesses.

Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales team and engage with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, ideas, and customer service that drive business growth for our Argentina clients and for Google.
- Develop and foster C-level relationships across the portfolio, acting as an advisor in their digital transformation and retail media journeys.
- Analyze data trends, consumer behavior, and client performance to develop plans and lead the preparation and delivery of narratives.
- Partner with leaders of other teams to develop thought leadership around the industry ecosystem, equipping teams across Large Customer Sales to deliver business growth and navigate industry shifts.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent in roles across the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and expertise in the retail sector.
