This internship is intended for students who are currently pursuing a PhD degree program in Computer Science, HCI, Design or related technical field.

Minimum qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a PhD degree in Computer Science, HCI, Design, or related technical field.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience in designing and implementing user interfaces (UIs).
Preferred qualifications:
- Currently attending a degree program in the US and available to work full time for 12 weeks outside of university term.
- In penultimate academic year or returning to a degree program after completion of the internship.
- Experience in JavaScript and frontend frameworks (Angular2+, Vue, React)
- Experience in development or prototyping.
- Experience coding in Go, Python, C++, Java, Kotlin, Objective C, Swift or similar

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000-$135,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with UX designers, project managers and back-end engineers to implement versatile front-end solutions to web development issues.
- Launch, iterate and make a difference. Provide front-end coding expertise, and help make our products better for users.
- Manage your own time, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Deliver innovative, engaging prototypes using the latest in front-end technologies.
