Financial Analyst, Ads Marketing

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
- Experience with SQL, database and automation techniques (building custom dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience as a strategic consultant or in finance, managing marketing strategy and investment decisions through business performance assessments.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analytics to measure marketing incrementality, define KPIs, and expand measurement coverage.
- Ability to package complex insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Strong track record in budget oversight, managing financial risks, and upgrading financial tools or systems to improve spend visibility and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Perform analysis of datasets to extract relevant information, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for the business.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability or impact of adverse events or to maximize the realization of opportunities.
- Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, organizational implications, and changing circumstances.
