Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics,OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of working experience in a management consultancy, strategy, or go-to-market role in the tech/consumer goods industry.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, demonstrating resilience and a proactive approach.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets to drive insights on market trends to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with leadership and multiple cross-functional teams to drive alignment on go-to-market strategy and execution plans.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the India Devices and Services Business Organization (DSBO) Country lead and Sales team / partner managers to develop the Go-to-Market strategy and sales plans for Pixel, with particular focus on delivering the in-year business plan while also assessing medium term opportunities.
- Lead coordination of promotions planning and sales/channel incentives budget management across the Pixel portfolio in India to enable achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets and metrics.
- Drive analysis on market trends, engaged insights and Pixel business performance to develop recommendations on sales plans to help the Sales team unlock growth opportunities while mitigating risks.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams including product planning team, marketing team, sales operations and demand planning teams, and the strategy and operations team.
