Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in technical program management.
- 5 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.
- 4 years of experience managing projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in security governance, risk, and compliance programs within a large-scale organization.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
- 5 years of supervisory experience, with proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience in structured enterprise architecture practices, hybrid cloud deployments, and on-premise-to-cloud migration deployments and roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of relevant security frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST RMF, ISO 27001), regulations (e.g., FedRAMP, GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS), and information security best practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

As the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Technical Program Manager for the Data Center Data Security (DS) team, you will manage security programs that impact operations across our global fleet of data centers. You are a leader in a complex operational environment, planning and monitoring the execution of security capabilities and controls that ensure we meet or exceed our security commitments. In this role, you will plan short and long-term requirements with internal customers and partners at different levels, while collaborating with software development, hardware design, planning, supply chain, logistics, other security teams, data center operations managers, and data center technicians to lead a portfolio of programs and projects through their entire lifecycle. Your efforts will ensure strategic alignment and continual re-validation of approach, operational excellence to efficiently make progress on goals, and continued team and individual career development goals.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the Data Center Data Security GRC responsibilities and manage all aspects of governance, risk, and compliance which includes: direction setting, program planning, delivery assurance, tracking and reporting, and risk and mitigation planning.
- Manage the program risks, issues, and track them to meet expected outcomes and timelines, building mitigation plans as the program evolves.
- Take various project requirements and organize them into clear goals and objectives, and break down large programs/projects/processes into sub-projects and sub-processes that could be executed by other teams or partners.
- Manage communication of progress/status with customer groups in various locations and time zones, and manage relationships between cross-functional teams.
- Overcome challenges to keep processes running smoothly, define and develop cross-team roles, expectations, and responsibilities. Drive process development and iterative optimizations.
