- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 13 years of experience in marketing, working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
- 5 years of experience with people management.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience demonstrating mastery in identifying and leveraging consumer insights, excellence in product messaging and positioning, and extensive marketing campaign management.
- Experience in subscriptions marketing.
- Demonstrate a track record of influencing product roadmaps and launching campaigns and features to drive growth.

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
In this role, you will oversee the holistic marketing strategy and execution to drive measurable business growth. This position is designed for an aspiring Chief Marketing Officer seeking end-to-end ownership of a marketing organization. You will be accountable to clear and attributable objectives and key results, where marketing serves as a primary driver of overall business results.

- Lead and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy to drive business growth.
- Establish product and brand positioning informed by insights and executed across all channels.
- Serve as the primary marketing lead collaborating with executive stakeholders in product, engineering, public relations, and creative to ensure successful, launches and growth.
- Lead mid-funnel campaigns (including strategy, insights, learning agenda, creative, and measurement) to drive full-funnel return on investment in partnership with direct response media.
- Own cross-channel Go-to-Market strategy across web, customer relationship management, paid media, and partner surfaces such as google store and android. Work with partner teams on key device launches.
