Global Solutions Associate Lead

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, and Product Management, or a related field and 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Global Solutions Associate Lead-related occupation.
  • Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, and Product Management, or a related field, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Global Solutions Associate Lead-related occupation. Position requires 4 years of experience in the following:
    • Development of sales and partnership strategies using competitive intelligence or Go-to-market (GTM) strategy development

    • Building collaborative partnerships with clients and suppliers to influence decision-making or Strategic partnership management

    • Industry and market trend analysis for business strategy development or Market intelligence analysis

    • Structured discovery and needs analysis to define customer objectives and solutions or Customer needs assessment

    • Cross-functional initiative management or Cross-functional program management

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.


The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000 - $222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Position reports to the Google New York, NY office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.


The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Identify business requirements and market opportunities to influence product development and drive growth
  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to define product strategy informed by customer feedback
  • Develop product roadmaps and prioritization plans through effective cross-functional and portfolio management
  • Create strategic opportunity documentation and determine clear value propositions based on market themes
  • Manage the product launch lifecycle, from structuring alpha and beta programs to determining launch readiness, and drive product adoption by collaborating with marketing teams and supporting sales prioritization efforts
