- Experience in data center operations and rack deployment.
- Experience with data analytics (e.g., SAP, SQL, dashboards).
Preferred qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects..
- Experience in working with cross-team (e.g., global, multicultural, and organizational).
- Ability to work in a technical environment.

It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring on time completion rack deployment tasks at data centers globally. You will also be responsible for improvement/sustainment projects/programs that support our mission of ensuring safe, timely, and cost effective builds.Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. From developing and maintaining our data centers to building the next generation of Google platforms, we make Google's product portfolio possible. Responsibilities
- Communicate build forecasts to global data centers.
- Coordinate with data center personnel to ensure deployment of racks within Service Level Objective (SLO) for all builds, removing blockers and helping sites prioritize work.
- Learn and understand all deployment program tactical systems and processes. Improve and sustain projects as necessary.
- Work with site leaders, site teams, and cross-functional teams to identify gaps, make improvement recommendations, lead/encourage/support change, and establish relationships.
- Analyze and communicate data center deployment performance and opportunities to executive leadership.
