Senior Product Manager, Cloud Expansion Product

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.).
  • 2 years of experience with AI cloud infrastructure product management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with public sector organizations and government regulations in the data center space.
  • Knowledge of hyperscale cloud regions, data centers, zones, and cloud/AI infrastructure and regional architecture.
  • Knowledge of local and global customer requirements, including infrastructure, AI, cloud services, capacity, latency, data residency, and regulatory needs.
  • Excellent product management, business acumen, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem solving and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In this role, you will be a part of the Infrastructure and Solutions Group (ISG) Cloud Expansion Product team. The team works cross-functionally with data center, capacity, services, and other product and engineering teams, as well as with customers and business teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Work with partner engineering, infrastructure, product teams to develop and deliver regional infrastructure products like cloud regions and zones.
  • Work with sales and customers to understand customer’s cloud and AI requirements (e.g., infrastructure, location, services, regulatory, latency, or uptime needs).
  • Develop PRDs, data center infrastructure specifications, and cross-functionally align on those.
  • Discuss cloud regions, zones, infrastructure architectures, requirements, and AI services directly with customers and sales teams.
  • Represent regional infrastructure product requirements to cross-functional executives, achieving technical and business alignment.
