Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, Sellside Monetization (English, Korean)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs), Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience in working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience in managing agreements or partnerships.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to collaborate with stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising, ads business generation, publishing, mobile app services or ad business.
  • Experience in gaming industry, business, account management, or strategy/business development.
  • Experience with working in a changing and collaborative environment.
  • Excellent investigative skills and data-motivated thought process with the ability to analyze business metrics and their impact on business growth.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

About the job

In this role, you will manage Gaming and Non-gaming mobile app partners to promote the growth of the partner's business. You will lead and work in collaboration with partnership teams on the direction for partner accounts, drive growth opportunities, and align internal stakeholders to execute on account priorities. You will build relationships with executives and operational leads. You will be leading cross-functional initiatives by collaborating with internal teams like Google Play, Cloud, Product, and Engineering. You will advocate for the Korean market, collaborating with stakeholders to build and deliver projects that support partners and drive sustainable growth for the Korean Digital Ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of a partner's business, priorities, and tests. Create and drive an executive partner engagement strategy to develop trusted relationships with executives internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-levels and decision-makers at partner organizations, helping them grow their business with Google business generation products.
  • Maximize partner growth by identifying new improvement areas and exploring new opportunities through innovation.
  • Understand the unique tests of each partner and architect solutions using Google's suite of business generation products to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Lead ecosystem-wide projects by collaborating with internal teams like Google Play, Cloud, Google Ads, Product, and Engineering to deliver value to the publisher community.
