Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience with implementation of Measurement strategy including: Data-Driven Attribution, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Incrementality/Lift, Web Analytics, Online-to-Offline.
- Experience with advanced investigative measurement methodologies such as statistical modeling, causal impact.
- Experience developing customer relationships to influence measurement strategies.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Italian to work with customers in Italy.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing customer relationships to support product adoption.
- Experience identifying key internal stakeholders to build network and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with brand third-party measurement solutions, site analytics, customer relationship management (CRM), and data systems.
- Knowledge of Google measurement capabilities across ad and media platforms including Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of the digital ad ecosystem and recent privacy changes.
- Ability to translate client business needs into product adoption opportunities.

- Consult with advertisers and agency partners to understand their measurement goals and assess how Google measurement products can effectively address their needs.
- Develop and activate advanced measurement strategies including incrementality experiments, marketing mix modeling, full funnel measurement, attribution to prove the value of Google advertising to our client's business.
- Define and execute Incrementality Experiments In Platform and or measuring causality with available Google Open Source methodologies (e.g., causal impact).
- Drive adoption of high quality Marketing Mix Models (MMMs) with clients in Italy, including improved Google data provision into MMMs and consultation on design and results.
- Partner with Sales teams to drive adoption of measurement solutions and consult advertiser stakeholders to apply learnings, insights and recommended actions.
