Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading strategy work on ambiguous business problems.
- Experience influencing and collaborating with executive stakeholders in a matrixed organization, specifically demonstrating the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Ability to comfortably craft and communicate insights from data, as well as attention to detail and an interest in metrics/understanding trends and patterns in business performance.
- Ability to grow in an ambiguous and changing environment with limited direction, balance engaging priorities, and manage several time-sensitive projects.
- Ability to manage project and work with minimal guidance.
- Excellent strategy, problem solving, presentation and communication skills.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.We are the Strategy and Operations team supporting Ads, Commerce, and Geo partnerships areas within K&I Partnerships.The team drives Partnerships in support of our Ads product portfolio, which includes key measurement, data, and growth partnership opportunities.
In this role, you will specifically own Strategy and Operations for Ads Business Development (BD).You will handle questions around Go-to-Market (GTM) and Partnership strategy in collaboration with the BD/Partnership team and other cross-functional groups such as Product Management, Engineering, Product Operations, and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Vice President (VP), Managing Director (MD), Directors, and managers to develop the Ads partnerships and ecosystem strategy, growth drivers, and business plan, and become an integral part of the leadership team and trusted advisor to leads within the Global Ads Business Development (BD) team.
- Identify specific product, partner, and ecosystem opportunities to deliver against product area goals and support growth objectives.
- Shape how we operate the business, how we interface with cross-functional and regional teams and how we organize around impact.
- Guide the day-to-day work and responsibilities and present a holistic view of our work on Ads.
