Grow with Google is Google’s initiative to help Americans get the skills needed to land good jobs or advance in their careers, and to help our business partners find the critical talent they need. We built Grow with Google based on the fundamental belief that the opportunities created by technology should be available to everyone. We are incredibly proud of the workers, entrepreneurs, and students we have helped. Now we want to help tens of millions of people learn to use AI. And we need to do it with our partners, because historic innovations in AI are already changing the way we live and work. We need training strategies to help students and workers benefit from this technology and gain new skills for today and tomorrow’s jobs. And we need partners across industries and sectors to make AI education available in communities around the country. Google believes that a collaborative approach is necessary to make this a reality.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
