As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be focused on Data Center Network Infrastructure Construction and will lead projects with numerous cross-functional teams. You will plan requirements with internal customers and external partners to support projects through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of critical network infrastructure.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of data center network infrastructure construction projects, from initial scope definition and requirements gathering with internal and external stakeholders through to implementation and handover.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, while identifying and mitigating risks to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.
  • Serve as a central point of contact and provide clear, consistent communication to cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, construction, vendors, and site operations) across various locations and time zones, ensuring alignment on project goals and progress.
  • Drive process improvement and standardization in collaboration with internal and external teams to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality in data center network infrastructure deployment.
