- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media (e.g. search, social, mobile, display, and video media).
- 7 years of experience creating and presenting customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, or one-sheets) for sales teams.
- 7 years of experience in Consumer and Market Insights, media measurement, and privacy landscape.
Preferred qualifications:
- Understanding of the Creator economy and video landscape, including TV media dynamics, Upfronts, and CTV.
- Understanding and passion for YouTube’s premium media ecosystem and how brands leverage cultural moments.
- Demonstrated success working with key internal and external stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Sales).
- Proven track record in developing brand strategies and video advertising solutions.
- Proven ability to craft narratives that bridge the gap between technical product features and sales needs.
- Ability to interpret measurement data and translate it into sales activation.

The Consumer, Government and Entertainment (CG&E) Video Product Lead, Premium plays a key role at the intersection of YouTube media strategy, product education and inspiration, and sales enablement. In this role, you will be the bridge between our product teams and our sellers, helping to translate YouTube’s suite of Premium Awareness solutions (including Sponsorships, Creators, YouTube Masthead, YouTube Select) into compelling narratives that demonstrate brand impact.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust CG&E Premium video strategy focused on accelerating sales outcomes, identifying key opportunities, and managing growth areas.
- Maximize business by building on the success of Cultural Moment Sponsorships to drive in-quarter wins and outsized Year-over-Year (YOY) growth.
- Inspire and motivate CG&E sales pods, internal cross-functional partners, and customers by advocating the value of Premium Awareness, Sponsorships and Creators.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Agency, Platforms and Client Solutions (APCS) Sponsorship leads, Product, SPMs, and Marketing to bring forward new proof points, insights, and success stories.
- Evolve measurement maturity by collaborating with Measurement leads to translating complex measurement solutions into digestible, actionable sales guidance.
