Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environments, or digital marketing roles.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience selling Google Ads solutions.
- Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged selling.
- Experience in thought leadership and high executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics, and expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. Responsibilities
- Grow advertising cross-channel business through clear, data-driven POVs and recommendations that align with Customer Business Objectives.
- Partner with team members to drive business opportunities that build long-term growth while prioritizing in-quarter delivery and quota achievement.
- Work towards achieving customer business goals, while prioritizing and delivering an excellent experience to our customers by owning strategic problem-solving, campaign results, media planning, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate and consult with customers and their agencies with the goal of extending relationships, growing the customer, and optimizing their advertising with exceptional product expertise across all relevant products and services.
- Update and upskill clients on recommended Google products, solutions, or strategies across Search, Display, YouTube, and Apps, analyzing data trends. Develop and maintain a business pipeline that helps you run the business and maximize business impact in-quarter.
