Global Account Executive, Global Client and Agency Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in technology sales, or working with customers in a sales role.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or Information Technology (IT).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in business development and sales leadership.
  • Experience with Google's Brand and Performance solutions.
  • Experience in measurement solutions.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Ability to lead executive conversations related to privacy, regulatory changes, and Google’s durable advertising and measurement solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, organize and prioritize accordingly.

In this role, you will work with advertisers in the industry and will help Google get the most from their own ad solutions. You will work with the internal media, marketing and agency teams, to set the goal and the strategy for how their advertising can reach users. You will work with a full Sales pod on thought leadership pieces, design experiments and help define on the own stack. You will set agendas for innovation and impact, and will identify and prioritize key areas where Google's solutions can drive significant innovation and deliver results for Google Marketing. You will work with specialized internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth, integrated approach across all regions and functions. You will also own Global Governance and Cross-Market Coordination.Global marketing done right is becoming more challenging due to fast-changing consumer expectations, changes in individual market landscapes, and the rate of technological change. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive global clients and agencies, manage B and C-level relationships to drive digital transformation strategies.
  • Drive adoption of Google’s suite of Embedded Artificial Intelligence (AI) campaign types. Serve as a consultant to Google Marketing by designing on-stack solutions to support its various business objectives. Educate and advocate for Google and the products when presenting to clients and agencies on new products, campaign results and performance.
  • Engage with executive leadership to build trust, drive alignment, and promote collaboration across Google and partner teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Lead and collaborate on projects involving multiple Google teams (e.g., Marketing, gTech, Media Lab) to maximize client impact and optimize product solutions.
