Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in identifying, developing and delivering technology and media solutions to drive ad business.
- 5 years of people management experience in managing customer-facing technical and media teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- 7 years of people management experience in managing a team, achieving goals in ambiguous situations.
- Experience in ad tech industry and internet technologies, including data integration and cloud technologies.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment across multiple teams.
- Experience in working with a sales team.
- Ability to lead complex internal and external stakeholder management.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to formulate data-driven proposals.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.
In this role, you will make customer experience a key differentiator for Google Ads by leading a large team of media experts, technical experts and executive sales engagement leads across South East Asia countries supporting the Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization. You will be accountable for managing our relationship with LCS leadership in South East Asia markets and representing all gTech Ads services. You will also be responsible for customer satisfaction of our LCS customers in South East Asia with gTech ads services.

Responsibilities
- Manage a high-performing team of solution architects that provide technical and media solutions and consultative services, while ensuring the successful acquisition of talent.
- Deliver strategic goal and design services using quantitative analysis and industry research, establishing close relationships with executive leaders (sales, go-to-market, product) to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on large internal and external high-impact projects and initiatives, while managing processes and metrics to enable transparent and credible functions.
- Manage executive-level conversations with stakeholders and customers to successfully translate business objectives into technical plans.
- Drive customer satisfaction for clients by acting as a liaison to address service requests, incorporate feedback, and resolve escalations.
