Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in program or project management.
- 3 years of experience in events management and communications (e.g., content writing, presentations, etc.).
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in APAC recruiting with the knowledge of hiring in Greater China region.
- Experience in project management and providing results with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret datasets to develop solutions.
- Excellent content development, articulation, communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.
- Excellent prioritization skills with motivation to work separately.
- Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills with the ability to work in a changing environment.

Responsibilities
- Execute go-to-market programs to build Google’s candidate pipeline and ensure delivery.
- Build internal or external communication as per Google guidelines to promote events, audiences, and drive participation. Create social media communication, promote employee advocacy, research best practices, and benchmark to build a social presence.
- Partner with external vendors to design/execute events (e.g., career fairs, flagship) and create branding collaterals.
- Implement engagement/outreach programs to activate pipelines for mid-executive talent recruiting. Build data, reporting, and insights to measure program impact; use analysis to recommend improvements and drive initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with internal/external partners (e.g., recruitment, vendors) for program execution. Manage Greater China and Asia-Pacific (APAC) collaboration, partnering with recruiting teams on strategy to grow hiring efficiency.
