Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in advertising, business consultancy, or business or product development.
  • Experience in managing and developing sales teams, with a focus on fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategies and ability to adapt to change, prioritize tasks, and align strategies with organizational goals.
  • Understanding of business models, objectives, and industry trends.
  • Ability to manage, develop, and motivate sales teams, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes growth and development.
  • Ability to model and coach effective business behaviors, including C-level engagement, needs analysis, objection handling, and competitive promoting strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences. Ability to uncover stakeholder needs, conduct analysis, and make informed recommendations along with influencing senior leaders.

As a Sales Manager at Mid-Market Sales (MMS) Commerce, you will lead a sales team that serves as a trusted advisor to businesses across diverse industries. Responsibilities
