Senior Account Executive, Telecom, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience in working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing relationships and promoting to executives at the global enterprises.
  • Experience with cross-functional leadership success without formal leadership authority.
  • Knowledge of and established relationships within the advertising and/or Telecom industries.
  • Knowledge of traditional and online marketing tactics and strategy like online performance marketing.
  • Excellent quantitative and technical skills in digital and traditional media strategy, planning, buying, and measurement.

As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a business lead, manage external relationships for client and agency, and internal relationships to ensure clients priorities are understood.
  • Plan for, and achieve business growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Discover related insights into customer strategies and decision-making, bringing along teammates and cross-functional partners.
  • Serve the needs of clients. Work with them, set the goals and the strategies for how their advertising can generate maximum return on investment by reaching the right audiences at the right times and in the right ways.
  • Educate and persuade customer and related stakeholders to embrace Google's advertising products and technologies.
