Customer Learning Lead, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a training business role or as a channel manager
  • Experience in working with partners and business trainers on technical training delivery plans and cloud technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in launching or managing business offerings to achieve or exceed business goals.
  • Experience in implementing global business goals/initiatives across the Americas region.
  • Experience with business planning, business growth, and data-based approaches to business strategy.
  • Ability to work in a changing environment.
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently to foster and develop key relationships with new and existing clients and partners in Japan.

The Customer Learning Lead role, within the Customer Learning Services team, offers the opportunity to impact Google Cloud's customers in Southeast Asia (SEA) by enabling them to use Google Cloud products. Customers in SEA are important along with their need to adopt Google Cloud skills to help them get the return on their investment. This role will ensure that the customers are able to leverage all of the training services that are designed specifically to meet their needs, drive adoption, and support customer success. As the Training Regional Lead you will partner with regional leadership (e.g. Business, Consulting, Customer Engineering, Regional Marketing, and extended Learning Services) to ensure customers have access to the training solutions.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google’s cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Advise audiences and customer stakeholders on the value of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) training and certification.
  • Develop and execute training plans for Google Cloud accounts by partnering with account teams and Authorized Training Partners (ATP), involve other Google Cloud cross-functional teams when needed.
  • Enable and influence internal stakeholders in Go-to-Market (GTM) Business and Consulting and hold them accountable to drive learning strategy execution across their teams and regions.
  • Work with account teams, customers and ATPs to attach learning to agreements and create credit redemption plans to support customer ramp.
