Head of Brand Solutions, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.
  • Experience with online video, display and mobile advertising platforms.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with C-level customers responsible for marketing and sales, particularly in brand-focused industries such as Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, Finance and Telecommunications.
  • Understanding the YouTube ecosystem of users, creators, and advertisers.
  • Ability to drive business performance and growth in Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent analytical acumen and thought leadership, proven learning ability and can-do attitude.

In this role, you will lead a team of in-country Brand Solutions Specialists that develop innovative brand solutions to accelerate growth across Southeast Asia markets. You will be responsible for driving the commercialization strategy for Google’s rapidly growing brand solutions, shaping the product roadmap to meet the needs of various group of Southeast Asia advertisers. You will work closely with in-market sales teams to identify transformational business opportunities and then build action plans to commercialize solutions, leveraging global best practices to execute in-market and to drive business growth.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously focus on how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We help these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Regional Vice President, Country Managers, Sales Directors and GTM to establish regional and country strategies to drive business and brand growth, execute and monitor programs and business activation.
  • Develop transformational brand solutions by applying global best practices and creating new market-relevant solutions.
  • Build the capabilities of Sales teams to engage clients with highly impactful, multi-faceted media propositions, ensuring competitive perspectives and differentiated value propositions generated through market-relevant insights.
  • Engage with YouTube Partnerships and Content teams to drive ecosystem growth of creators, users, and advertisers to drive relevant industry research and establish brand metrics.
  • Represent the Google Brand proposition both internally (e.g., executive leadership engagements) and externally (e.g., customers, agencies, conferences).
