Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in marketing working with product, partnerships and communications teams to bring new features to market.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience partnering with product teams to influence product strategy and roadmaps, and developing consumer GTM strategies based on consumer insights.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Ability to structure business cases for senior leadership, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and influence by presenting data/conclusions in a compelling way.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. As a Go-to-Market Lead at Waze, you will work with Product leads within Waze and Geo to bring new features to the market and increase adoption of new drivers across Waze’s audiences and ecosystems. You will be responsible for managing the strategy, defining and securing the Go-to-Market strategy, cadence of a multi-quarter launch calendar, and execution. You will also collaborate with Waze Product teams to build and execute product roadmaps that drive Waze's segments (e.g., users, volunteers, partners) and ecosystem growth.
You will define individual feature activation plans, sets launch goals, and reports on progress. Additionally, you will own the positioning, value proposition, messaging, and naming of features. You will partner with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to drive alignment, execution, and overall communications.
You will deliver, in partnership with other stakeholders, market feedback systematically to Product and Engineering, and collaborate with Product partners to address issues for all users, volunteers, and partners.
