Measurement Implementation Expert, gTech

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns, and providing client solutions.
  • Experience with Python, SQL or scripts, building data models or analytic dashboards to pull insights from data sets.
  • Experience in translating raw quantitative data into easy to digest and actionable insights.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience delivering insights from multiple data sources through executive communications and presentations.
  • Experience with media mix modeling, A/B testing, incrementality, marketing analytics, and advanced Google Analytics integrations.
  • Familiarity with offline media, Brand Lift, marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, marketing mix modeling (MMM), message transfer agent (MTA), attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Google’s advertising solutions or similar digital advertising campaigns and platforms to proactively identify and recommend creative ways to improve on solutions to advertisers.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs based on Marketing objectives (MOs)/Customer Business Objectives (CBOs), measurement objectives and provide optimal measurement strategy and define right Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on eligibility criteria.
  • Design and execute measurement studies (Conversion Lift, Brand Lift Study, XNR, Experiments etc) for clients and optimize for success ensuring there is a StatSig read on uplift.
  • Knowledge of measurement platforms (e.g, Geo Experiments (GeoX) or CL platforms) and advanced investigative skills to design measurement studies. Model results and triage to Return on Investment (ROI) analysis on the broader media plans. Analyze attribute lift, across channels to inform the right channel strategy.
  • Partner with Account Executives (AE) and Product Specialists (PSA) to interpret measurement results for the client and identify opportunities to increase product adoption for key solutions and grow investment.
