Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 3 years of experience as an educator or administrator, such as k12, etc.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in content program management, instructional design, certification design, or curriculum development, with a focus on training or educational content.
  • Experience working with education communities.
  • Experience designing for localized audiences and understanding the needs of global school systems.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various content authoring tools.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.

About the job

As the Educator Content Program Manager you will be responsible for developing high-impact learning content, experiences, and digital enablement programs focused on integrating Google for Education tools across the global education ecosystem. This role requires a global-minded content designer who can translate technical concepts into simplified, high-impact learning experiences for educational audiences through creative storytelling and localization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $111,000-$159,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end content design and execution of scaled learning programs specifically tailored for the education community.
  • Manage and update rigorous certification pathways and digital badging programs to validate AI proficiency for educators, students, and faculty.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to sync learning objectives with new AI features while staying ahead of emerging generative AI trends.
  • Produce high-quality graphic assets that meet Google’s brand, accessibility, and technical accuracy standards.
  • Oversee the cultural adaptation and translation of training materials, ensuring pedagogical integrity and accessibility across international markets.
