Global Account Executive, Global Client and Agency Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience in video advertising.
  • Experience in engaged selling.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with Google Ad Solutions, and video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV) with an understanding of performer landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
  • Ability to sell/propose creative technologies across a landscape of various decision makers.
  • Ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
  • Ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.
  • Excellent strategic, tactical thinking, and systems thinking skills.

As a Global Account Executive, you will lead the charge in expanding Google's global business with the largest and most influential clients. You will leverage your business acumen to identify and prioritize key areas where Google's solutions can drive significant innovation and deliver measurable results for these clients. You will work closely with specialized teams within Google and the client's organization to ensure a smooth, integrated approach across all regions and functions. You will serve as the primary advocate for our clients within Google, coordinating with various teams to provide them with a comprehensive suite of tailored solutions and options.

In this role, you will take ownership of client relationships, manage global governance structures, and ensure efficient coordination across key markets to achieve unified goals. You will craft and implement comprehensive global Joint Business Plans to maximize business generation.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Engage and influence key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, building trusted relationships to understand their core business challenges and strategic priorities.
  • Lead the development of Joint Business Plans, aligning with customers on ambitious goals and establishing shared accountability to unlock transformative growth opportunities.
  • Design and pitch powerful, data-driven Google solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Google’s advertising offerings and compelling storytelling, while effectively navigating objections to secure investment and exceed business sales goals.
  • Demonstrate Google's value by measuring campaign results against customer objectives and performer's offerings, and sharing data-driven insights that shape customer strategies and reinforce the partnership.
  • Own the customer's growth trajectory by proactively identifying and cultivating a robust pipeline of new opportunities, leveraging insights and proven success to expand the partnership.
