Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building compelling sales narratives and arguments.
- Experience working with major brands and in brand marketing.
- Experience in the digital media landscape including formats, buy types, and strategies across the sales funnel.
- Knowledge of YouTube, Video, TV, Display, and Social with an understanding of competitive pitching and objection handling.
- Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs and close agreements, and be a thought leader of Google product and competitive landscape.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to lease with business stakeholders.

The YouTube Sales team is a talented, highly ambitious sales team, dedicated to our biggest and most complex customer opportunities. We’re focused on deep, specialist sales work to unlock high growth, and we also support the Google sales teams at scale through scaled enablement and sales strategy.
Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
Responsibilities
- Deploy sales excellence to successfully realize growth from our biggest, most complex opportunities. Collaborate with client leads to develop and scale sales strategies for YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and Demand Gen.
- Be an expert in the Video ads market and understand how to execute CTV, Shorts and Performance campaigns on YouTube and DemandGen. Deploy domain expertise in areas of media planning, creative, measurement, etc.
- Share and scale best practices, learnings, and sales strategies, such as objection handling, pitching, and compete tactics to upscale accounts and align solutions with customers and Google business needs.
- Address and resolve strategic challenges that impede growth. Execute a comprehensive training schedule to scale best practices across sales, product expertise, competitive selling, and tools.
- Collaborate with wide ranging internal stakeholders to block and work on detractors and drive growth, realizing business outcomes.
