Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Quantitative Science, or related technical fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data/Product Analytics.
- 3 years of experience in SQL and Data Visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Python for data manipulation, scripting, or automation.
- Experience applying Machine Learning (ML) or AI concepts to business.
- Experience working directly with external clients/internal stakeholders, translating complex metrics into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience in strategic work aimed at helping business leaders run the organizational cadence, such as annual business planning or quarterly business reviews.
- Experience operating effectively in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment, with the ability to prioritize and execute on complex ad-hoc analyses alongside strategic initiatives.
- Experience in SQL with the ability to write, optimize, and debug complex queries across large datasets.

As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of your recommendations.
The EMEA Publisher Intelligence team supports this crucial business by serving as "space mission control," converting complex data into clear, actionable insights for effective decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with Sales, Product, and Finance leadership to prioritize investigative requirements that drive sales growth and inform strategic decision-making.
- Design and deliver business intelligence solutions that translate complex metrics into formats enabling sales teams to quickly derive relevant information.
- Conduct analysis on key metrics, including business reporting and pipeline visibility, while proactively analyzing deal flow and risk of publisher attrition.
- Act as a technical anchor using expert-level SQL and Python to ensure a scalable source of truth and reduce manual input errors.
- Design the data models and business intelligence solutions required to support future AI and Machine Learning initiatives, including lead generation and industry analysis.
