The Online Partnerships Group (OPG) uses our portfolio of product solutions, including AdSense and Google Marketing Platform tools, to help online publishers grow their businesses. You'll provide creative, industry-leading online advertising solutions for publishers and developers and identify new opportunities. Some of the largest publishers on the web rely on our products and we're always trying to exceed their expectations and strengthen our long-term partner relationships. We help grow Google's business with the largest online publishers and provide account management for users of AdSense, Google Ad Manager and more.

In this role, you will build relationships with the partners across different verticals including news, broadcasting and media entertainment, gaming and apps, telcos, commerce etc.

You will work on Google's publisher business products including Ad Manager, AdSense for Content, etc. to help partners improve business growth. You will build, grow, and maintain relationships with the app and web publishers, broadcasters and advertising networks across India. You will be responsible for developing strategies that match our business growth solutions with a focus on market conditions, engaging dynamics, partner needs, and our product capabilities. You will identify new opportunities for growth, influence new products launches, and expand the impact of our partner’s business.

You are required to be in Gurugram the first 3 months to complete onboarding before moving to Bengaluru.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of app/web publishers/broadcasters in India with a focus to improve business growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with partners and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges. Understand the client’s tests/opportunities of growth.
  • Promote new products or features that will have a positive impact on partner relationships. Assist with partners' business goals by proposing optimal and creative solutions.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders including leadership and a broad spectrum of other functions, such as Product, Engineering, Finance and Marketing to drive success for partners. Provide thought leadership, define strategy and drive execution of agreements.
