Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in business development, commercial partner management or consulting.
- Experience in supporting senior executives (e.g., C-Level, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing contingent workforce strategies and initiatives across functions.
- Experience engaging with executive stakeholders (e.g., Director+).
- Experience working with and managing partners in complex programs.
- Experience in Vendor Management and understanding on how to drive business impact.
- Ability to cultivate global partnerships, aligning stakeholders towards strategic initiatives with regional/global impact.

gTech's Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team empowers Product Areas to optimize extended workforce (xW) operations while reducing risks and driving efficiency through the enforcement of Google best practices and policies. We advocate informed decision-making, ensuring our partners find the right talent in the right locations that supports their Product Area’s business needs. Our collaboration across Google leads to streamlined processes, minimizing administrative overhead and optimizing the extended workforce experience.
We build essential relationships with Alphabet Product Areas, Bets and the Global Procurement Office (gPO) to deliver the policies and guidelines of managing xW in a consistent and scaled way across the enterprise. Our mission is to facilitate xW success, help teams manage compliance, build resilient operations, and promote durable cost savings. We prioritize understanding Product Areas needs to develop solutions that address their specific challenges.
In this role, you'll need a demonstrated history of stakeholder/account management/business partnership, a commitment to inclusive team culture, and exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills. You will navigate ambiguity, provide clarity, and focus on results that optimize Google's extended workforce operations. You'll shape Google's strategy in this space, impacting regulatory, commercial, and operational decisions.

Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with Director-level and decision-makers, gaining an understanding of their strategic priorities.
- Have extensive knowledge in Contingent/Extended Workforce menu of services, support Product Areas xWF strategy by enabling cost effective recommendations and compliance to xWS policies.
- Develop an understanding of the Product Area's business objectives, operating model, structure, business demand versus staffing capacity needs.
- Educate xWS team with ongoing Product Area strategic insights to unlock opportunities for economies of scale. Navigate internally across xWS specialist teams, Finance, gPO to align on how best to service Google Product Areas extended workforce needs.
- Orchestrate change management to support multiple, large-scale xWS deployments. Consult VPs on xWS policies and impact analysis. Apply understanding of cost-saving strategies and regulatory compliance requirements to position xWS solutions with Product Areas that drive results while mitigating risk.
